The choir was formed in 2017 and includes 13 cadets from the V.Y. Kikot Moscow University of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs. The choir leader is Galina Egorovna Shirochenkova, an honoured worker of professional education of Russia.
The repertoire consists of military-patriotic and folk songs, as well as songs about the Motherland and love.
