The collective was founded in 1990, and since 1999, it has been developing under the leadership of its artistic director, Alexei Loginov, Honoured Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation, as well as Chairman of the branch of the All-Russian Choral Society in the Rostov region. Today the Municipal Chamber choir "Lik" is a permanent participant in regional concerts and all-Russian concerts in addition to international festivals. The 29 member ensemble actively performs all over Russia and abroad.
