The vocal ensemble "Arsenal" of the Omsk academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia has existed for over 10 years under the leadership of the honoured cultural worker of the Omsk region, Nikolayev Askold Askoldovich. The ensemble consists of six cadets and active police officers who are employees of the Academy.
