The Honoured Folk Art Collective, ‘Rus’ in the name of P.T. Savchenkov was founded in 1984. In addition to concert performances, the ensemble is known for taking part in international festivals. In 2020 it was awarded the title ‘Honoured Folk Art Collective’. The collective is currently led by Svetlana Mikhailovna Beltseva and has 13 members.
